    Thank you Gentlemen, my Pops would have gotten a kick out of seeing it restored, he passed this past October, he was 91 years old.

    what a fantastic project. I feel the biggest amount of enjoyment everytime I see one of these heirloom projects posted. I just can't even find the words to explain how cool and amazing I think the whole idea of these are. That looks fabulous!! What and where did the knot come from? great job sir

    The knot is a 22mm TGN best. The handle was restored by Wireburner who's a honing customer of mine. We've become very good friends and when I approached him with this project he refused payment for the restoration. I'm going to use the brush tonight.

    Very cool! Looks like you "sunk" the knot a bit. I like to do that as it stiffens the brush. Great job!
