The hone wear is clearly uneven side to side, maybe as much as double on one side.
I have a 9/8 Wostenholm I've had to give up on because the pitting (after the rust was removed) extended into the bevel. Honing past it may be possible in your case, but the pitting was so deep and prevalent on the Wostenholm that more honing just brought more pitting into the bevel. I hope you have better luck than I, but in my case it won't function as a razor.

with the materials you have....go at it yourself man!!! I was always nervous to even touch a vintage blade...once i finished my first one, i never looked back. It is the most amazing feeling seeing a razor that you took from beat and bruised to beautiful and bold. I would love to see what you do with it either way cuz it is a killer razor!!!

Ended up sending it out and decided to use another for my personal project. The blade has been back in my possession or about a week, been shaving with it ever since. Just got on and submitted a SOTD. Amazing shaver!
