Thanked: 480Jumping Geo-Hosaphat!
Just got this in my hands. This is the pic from the original auction. They said "shows little if any use"
This thing is NOS!
Which really makes me sad, because I want to use it, but it will break my heart to "lessen" it with a new honing. Although, you never can tell, maybe the factory edge can get away with a stropping!

Thanked: 4249A great find for sure! By honing it your are not lessening it, you are giving it life, like it was meant to be a razor to shave not sit on a shelf to be looked at. Enjoy!

Thanked: 480Ok, so now I have a Ben Hur, a Spartacus, and a Conqueror. Are there any others? Like a Herculese? or an El Cid?

Ahhhhgggg!! That was going to be my second *Conqueror* congrats they are amazing shavers. Mine had the factory bevel when I bought it, a few passes on the 8k then the 12k and a strop depending on how your edge is to begin with. They keep an edge and shave like butter..... I really can't say enough good things about it
