    Default Unmarked razors

These were fairly cheap because they have no brand name.

5/8 half hollow "Tiger" razor. I've seen a few others and they were all heavily used, so I grabbed this clean one.

13/16 half hollow hammered tang razor. Being honed today and added to rotation.

Anybody else got some of these poor unloved no-names to post?

Hirlau, dfrazor and dustoff003 like this.

Those look like professionally made factory razors. Back in the '70s , in the world of pocket knife collecting , if a maker didn't think enough of his merchandise to stamp his name on it the knife was considered to be sub par. OTOH, some companies had workers who made them for themselves and wouldn't stamp the tang so as not to be for resale.

There's obviously no way to know but the second razor looks like a Robeson to me based on the style. No clue about the first one but I like the print on the scale

I have a Nubian that has the tang style of the second razor stamped into it. There was a manufacturer with African tribal names.
    I didn't save the information.

I cleaned and honed the 13/16 and it is an awesome shaver.

I concur on razor #2, almost certainly a Robeson -- does it maybe have a serial# on the backside of the tail?
