    Default Clauss

    Took a while to find some American steel locally but today I found a Clauss 13/16. It wasn't in too bad a condition so gave it a quick polish and a hone. Tomorrow mornings shave will tell if I got the honing right.Needs a little more work but I think I'll wait to see how it shaves first.

    Just a quick up date on how it shaved. It did take a good edge and gave a close comfortable shave this morning. It is a quiet full hollow not noisy like DDs are. It did have a slight smile and was not difficult to hone.
