Default my "new....ish" wade and butcher

Was browsing through an antique store the other day for some records and found this razor, it is my first w&b it looked so bad in the case i was expecting the while thing to be trashed. But the blade looks good, hopefully i can get it cleaned up a bit. You think those scales will buff out? LOL

Well, something had it's way with those scales. I agree, that blade should clean up real nice, and it looks to be in good shape.

Love the blade, remove the washers and wedge, soak the scales in hydrochloric acid for 30 days and 30 nights,at that time all will be well

P'shaw! Personally, I would be fixing those scales. Some shredded horn, some thin CA glue, a belt-sander and some love and they'll be gorgeous.

If you saw the ones I'm working on right now you'd even believe me.
