Good purchase on a beautiful razor. I decided to upgrade my herd and as I hopefully purchase some good quality razors I will let some others go.

Nice razor, I think that you will enjoy it. I have five Friodurs, two 5/8 (70 1/2), one 6/8 (472), and two 7/8 (one Spanish point, the other a square point). They all shave well and have no rust or waterspot issues.

Thanked: 480I'm not sure if ANYBODY knows exactly what the numbers stand for. Other than "Great Shave"
But dont kid yourself that they are stainPROOF. StainLESS is exactly right. make sure to dry them before you put them away just like any other blade. not only the steel, but the celluloid handles will appreciate the proper care!
