Found new razor and nice blades in mtl
the razor looks like like crap. But hey .what do you want for $6, the blades were $3 for a pack of 5, i never try these before. But ill try them in my merkur 23c

Looks like an interesting catch to me. Surely a lot of blade exposure. I'd give it a try with some care.

Those razors do work. Be really careful aligning the blade while you tighten the cap! They do not do that well!

Tried it this morning with the 7oclock, not very aggressive, after 2 quick passes i decided to finish with my 23c, i will try again when i have more time.
