picked up a new one (part 2 )
ok computer is back and runnin !!
in an earlier post i had picked up a nice 1& 1/16" Greaves " Sheafworks" razor ... well it had some homemade scales on it , i figured if someone took the time to make them id kinda honor there scales by just sanding them down to a tiny different shape , sand off some wood by the wedge to allow it to show , clean/sand the rest of the scales andgo with a Golden Oak stain to kinda mach the original !! here it is from start to finish !!

Thanked: 1184It's hard to resist a nice razor. You got that one in great shape! Makes me want one too!
Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.
