+1 to Pixel. That is a gorgeous Henkels set. I wouldn't risk repinning.
Shaving with facial hair is like a golfcourse. It's a challenge of rough and fairways. You are the skilled greenskeeper of your face?

Thanked: 2I too would rather not repin. Following the input I found on SRP I took a small hammer and tapped it on my thumb near the cuticle to get a sense of how hard to hit. Figuring that out I hit the pin several times, perhaps for 30-60 seconds and did not notice a significant difference. I didn't want to do too much for fear of bending the pin or breaking the scales.
I'll post in the workshop forum to see if there is something I'm missing.Last edited by mcpell; 03-08-2013 at 04:40 PM. Reason: Reworded to avoid hijacking the thread with workshop related question.

Thanked: 2Thought I'd close the loop - with some thoughtful advice from gssixgun over in the "workshop" I was able to tighten up the pins - no need to repin. Happy camper here

Thanked: 4826That's what makes me drool. I love seven day sets. I have an old Henkels that is a great shaver. It looks like a holy grail to me!
