Ebay got me again!
Hey all! So the Bay lured me back a few times in the last bit, and I ended up looking for some old classic steel with intents of doing some restorations.
Number 1 - A nice Wade and Butcher "Diamond Edge Razor" (restoration being discussed in another thread)
Number 2 - A Wade and Butcher "Celebrated" razor
Number 3 - A George Wostenholm Sons Celebrated IXL razor
I have number 1 covered, but if anyone can help out with history on the last two that would be awesome! My friends call me Bear.

I would like you to take your temperature and blood pressure and PM the results to me. My preliminary diagnosis is a severe case of RAD of the Sheffield strain ..... but I could be wrong. I will send my bill as soon as I have the PM with your stats and make a final diagnosis .......

Bug got me bad! I'm still hunting for a couple more, which I'm sure will lead to a couple more, which will lead.... well I'm sure I'm not the only guy here with RAD.
You know what's needed here is a 12 step program! You know a place we can look to for support? Now I'm looking at kamisori razors too!My friends call me Bear.

Thanked: 247My cure for RAD was to spend all day Sundays answering questions on threads I have no business being on. I'm not sure how helpful I'm being, but at least I'm not buying more stuff. By the end of the day, all the stuff I was watching will be sold, and I can spend the next few days repopulating my watchlist.

Nice finds, I particularly like the W&B Diamond Edge.
I get the late night RAD, while the little lady is asleep. I lurk around on eBay and then a slew of mysterious little packages start coming to the house. And I have to get to the mail box before she does. Its bad
