Won this one on the Bay
It's not the Joseph Allen that I've been looking for, but it's quite a nice blade I think.
Should be here Monday I'm guessing.
Antq Straight Razor The Original Non XLL Razor Joseph Allen Sons Sheffield | eBay
Can't tell from the pic, but it looks pretty wedgy, and the etch looks to be in excellent shape. Looking forward to getting it in!When the Dude is recognized in the world, unDudeness will be seen everywhere--- the Dude de Ching

Oh yeah man, I love all the ones I've picked up, whether I was looking for that particular one or not.
I've been looking for one of the older Joseph Allen ones that are just stamped J. Allen and Sons on the tang. Because that's my first initial and last name. My father's as well, so it would be special. He won't shave with a straight razor, but I think it might make him an excellent gift. When the Dude is recognized in the world, unDudeness will be seen everywhere--- the Dude de Ching

OCD, I hope so, that would be really cool.
Goose, that's awesome man. I haven't got to the point of making my own scales yet, though I've been thinking about it more and more lately.
