Thanked: 25Needs are finally met...
I was a little worried about my razors being in the stand they were in because my bathroom doesnt have a vent and there tends to be alot of moisture in the air. My razor box worked well at keeping the moisture around my razors down. All of my razors fit into my box with the exception of my Lewis komisori. So I had to make something for it. I picked up a premade box and stained it to match my other box. So here it is...
This coupled with a desiccant pack or two should do a good job of keeping the moisture down and the razor nice and happy.

Thanked: 25They do, and they also make units for gun safes as well as other products for prevention of rust in firearms stored in safes. The only problem is that most of them are expensive. Its pretty cheap to pick up the desiccant packs and just change them out every so often. With this case however, the razor is kept inside it and the case kept inside a drawer in my bathroom. The nesting and desiccant combined I would think would probably be good enough to keep it from rusting.

What i use is actually a non-skid shelf or drawer liner from Lowes. It sorta looks like a micro version of expanded metal and has a real soft rubbery feel. It is about $5 for a 1'x15' roll.
Rice...house brand ....cheap. I understand if you west coasters prefer a gourmet rice
