Thanked: 2My weekend find
Just had to show these off, found 4 razors at a yard/estate sale, but these are the ones worth showing.
First is a Wade & butcher The hollow ground razor
Unfortunately the scales are broken...
.
And a H.Boker Hindoo
Anyone have an idea what the G.D.W & Co Stands for? or even where to start looking...
Im pretty happy with this find.
At 10 Bucks each i couldn't give the lady the money fast enough.

Just goes to show its all about the right place at the right time. There's nothing bagging a couple trophies in the 'Wild'! Congrats! I envy your finds, this week my efforts were fruitless :-/

How the hell do you find these deals?!
I paid £16, though, for a Bengall and a something-else-that-I-don't-really-know-what-it-is-yet. Both rusted but otherwise good, at least from the single photo.
The seller said that there aren't and cracks or chips, though the 'other' razor is worn more heavily at the toe. I decided to take the risk, though, and hopefully they'll be restorable.
Still, for about the same price, they'll need a lot of work...

Thanked: 14Very nice finds! I love that H. Boker, I've never seen that faux bone pattern in anything but white. I can't tell from the picture, is that translucent or faux tortoise shell?
