    WELL....I TRIED to do the BEST I could...

    I didn't know how to clean the scales any better. There were a couple "holes" and de-lamination on them so I CA glued them and sanded and sanded.... LOL
    Hit it on the buffing wheels and then MAAS
    Re-pinned with Double washers and tried to straighten the scales with steam and then a dowse in cold water.
    I think it turned out pretty good. Did NOT get it to a mirror finish, left some character in the blade.

    Well I made SURE it would BEFORE the polishing up... I am actually TRYING to put one back on right this minute.
    I have a HARD time with the WEDGE type blades....

    Nice! Heiffors are great steel! 3 layers of tape and get with it! While you are at it, decipher that Hindi-wannabe on the blade for me!
