    Default Another antique haul.

Went Antique shopping with the family today, and what a beautiful day it was here in Ontario. Here's what I walked away with today.

A natural stone of some sort that I will be posting in a separate thread for help with identification. A Gillette fatboy date code E1, A BossBarber hone, A 7/8's Crown & Sword ERN 1166, A 11/16 R.H. & sons. dispatch razor, and a 11/16 J.R. Torrey.

All the razors are in excellent condition, except for the ERN which has a cracked scale on the wedge end. I think some nice Micarta scales will be taking the originals place.

Im very happy with today's purchases, as well as the awesome day spent with my wife and daughter. Any info on the R.H & sons, or any of the others would be awesome.
Burls, Girls, and all things that Swirl....

Hi there, I've recently just acquired a Dispatch razor like the one you have here.
I'm new to vintage razors so don't know much about it.
Is dispatch a type of blade or a make or what?

That is a great score. I went to an "Antique Fair roadshow" yesterday to see what they had. Not too many shaving products as it turns out...
