Geez, and I thought getting up at 0530 was a sleep in. I even went to bed with a belly ache last night too!

Off to bed in the next 40 mins or so. I have cold and flu tablets and sleeping tablets too, so tonight I should sleep.

Got a solid 7 hours in last Night, one or two more like that and I will be good

Well I went to the park to play and look at fluffy clouds...And skate with the kids. It was a lovely day, and I thought I was cool, until later on when I realised I was really sunburnt on the neck. Now I don't feel cool at all! And I have a redneck to go with my general attitude.
