    Default forum/thread suggestion

is there anyway to see ONLY the threads and posts that you post in? instead of clicking the forum new posts button? that way we can see and easily track the threads that we are interacting with

Click on 'settings", top right of screen, list of subscribed threads comes up, if there have been new posts.

If you post in a thread you will be subscribed unless you chose not to and you can also use the thread tools tab and subscribe there. That tab is at the top of the thread pages
