You may have had a software update for your virus protection supplier. Sometimes when you go to a secondary site through the main one you started from it views this as something like a backdoor entry and for some reason it errs on the cautious side and deems the secondary site as suspect giving you the warning not to proceed.
I think there's a way to tag sites you use as being ok but not sure how you would do this.
If it were me I think I'd check with McAfee to see if they can provide you with a solution.
Edit:- just had another thought maybe it's built in to stop you from buying excessive amounts of shaving equipment!!!
