SRP has been quite a bit snappier though. Running it without using my proxy caching server, it's much faster. Distinctly faster without the "Users Watching" feature.
I'm torn. I like the feature alot, but can't argue with load times... Dang, dang, dang!

I made that change (along with some others) around 1am-2am on 8/25, so it's been close to a week. The load on the server hasn't changed much, but there's no way to know that without testing it.
I'm turning it back on and you should let me know if it makes a difference in how fast the site loads (that's different from the load on the server).

Loading much the same here in OZ on the 'Abbot Internet.' ie tin cans & string system.
