Have you tried to pm them? When you pm them they should also get an email letting them know that they have a private message. I would try that first.

We don't share anybody's contact information regardless of whether they are active or banned, and can give even less information to complete strangers who have just registered.
It's just good policy respecting everybody's privacy.
Unfortunately you will have to figure out some other way to contact him.
If you are willing to be contacted and he stops by and asks for it we can give him your email, but that's pretty much it.
