the key to a good password is picking something easy & simple that you deal with everyday, that way you don't forget it,,, like your middle name or your first name with your birthday attached, in case someone knows your first name.

Or date of birth, mother's maiden name, and social security number - if the hackers have that they'd be after my credit card and bank accounts, not my SRP account
