+1 to this the cache is probably the culprit. If not using a new browser all together should solve the problem.

I am starting to think it has something to do with cookies or similar.Is that how the programs remember my computer?

Yes that is the cache. What browser are you using?

Also when you log in do you tick the keep me logged in or remember me button near to where you input your details (sorry I can't remember what the exact wording is).
I have found that you need to tick this box before putting your details in.

I am using Google Chrome version 46.0.2490.86 m .

I played with the cookie settings etc. checked the remember me box and now SRP is remembering me. Thanks everyone.

Now I have to figure out a way to get me webmail program to remember me. I can get it to remember me all the time but I want it to just remember my address without having to type it everytime. I don't mind entering my password. ..

How bout checking the "remember me" box in webmail too,,,

The only place I can find will remember me and my password. I would rather it didn't remember my password. I use to be able to click on the address line and my address would pop up so I didn't have to type it every time..

The same thing happened to me once, but never again. I chalked it up to some freak glitch and forgot about it until now.

Are you worried that someone in your house will access your account and posy something silly
