Thread: Problem with private messages

I have a couple messages that I have read and were visible but now the envelope symbol shows that there is a message but the titles have disappeared and I cant access them. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers Ed

I'm just taking a stab in the dark, here, but is your mailbox/messaging storage full?? Maybe the messages in question are the oldest ones,and thus are being auto-deleted. Remember, you CAN download the messages in various formats. That way you can save them, and free up space in your mailbox storage here.

If you replied with quote you can check your sent items and see if you can pick them up there. Other than that I don't know. Hadn't run into that myself.

Don't keep many messages so no where near full.

Just use the reply box that auto comes up. Sent messages is always blank though and it doesn't save them there for some reason.

No sure myself. Only 3 messages are affected and none before or since.

If you go into your settings you can check a box, 'save sent messages.'
