Is there a timeline and how will this roll out?

If we have an Ad under Member Services, when will it be gone and need to be replaced?

We live in the era of digital photographs. I agree wholeheartedly with the principle, but disagree equally so with the implementation.

I have a list now of all the current vendors etc,,

I will be working on getting the details out to all you guys, we are trying to make it as smooth as possible and I think all of us Vendors will really like it

Rules sound fair... how about people that have 3 months ans is active in the forums gets their first item item free to sell?
that would make people that are first-timers to test the experience and decide if they want to go vendor for sure?

Maybe one person that is not too sure if they want to sell here would be discouraged for selling only one item and would sell in ebay, but if they try ad see how nice and better than ebay is this forum.. they would be motivated to pay for the following times.

At the beginning, until the kinks are ironed out, it will be free, that is explained in the OP. $10 is not that much anyway.

When implemented, $10 per year is pretty reasonable. There are other forums being run as businesses, selling advertising, harassing anyone who dares question the advertisers product features (marketing folks getting carried away), and the prices are not anywhere near as reasonable as they will be here. Running a forum costs money, I have no qualms pitching in for the privilege of selling my unwanted gear.
