You'd be surprised if you knew the major changes I have suggested over the years. Some actually happened. I felt like a voice crying out in the wilderness for a long while. Those who know don't say, those who say don't know BTW.

Ok same subjec just the opposite, just recently, I started getting emails from threads I have been in,, I don't want them it's too much clutter in my inbox! Also the site is back to needing to reload all the time and when I,m typing a response like this, it doesn't type for long periods of time. This happened before but was ok for a while , but now it's getting so frustrating that I,m hesitant to even get on the site, plus I have to keep signing in every time after I Check the box to keep me signed on. It's like it was a few months back.

What's up with the site guys that it's having trouble and it changed my preferences?

I haven't had any of those issues. What browser do you have?

If you settings are like mine, Tc, as I post in a thread, I am then subscribed.
As I get an email notification that someone has posted in the same thread, there is an option to unsubscribe from that particular thread. I hit the unsubscribe link, am taken to the forum and a notice pops-up that I am unsubscribed.
I will get no more notifications on that thread unless I happen to post again whereupon my settings will subscribe me again.

Sounds like your settings are changed? Go to settings and then general settings and find notifications in the list. You should be able to turn them off or on for subscribed threads and/or PM's.

I have had issues in typing as well. Sometimes it is My browser. Need to clear cookies.

This all happened a few months ago too then they fixed something,, but yea all my settings where changed without me changing them.

I have safari I would think cause it's on my iPad, and. Went into settings earlier today and ,m still getting emails

I set up a filter, in my email that all emails from webmaster@srp go directly to a folder called 'shaving'.
That way the ones I'm subscribed to I see, but not buried in all the inbox regular stuff.
I would suggest you look at your filter options and create more than just your inbox. I have a folder called shaving, baseball, house, eBay, wife, etc....
Once you set up your first, gets super easy from there and is dead simple to organize your email world. Every time I log in, they all automatically go where I want them.

My settings were correct, but were not working.

Have you unsubscribed from the email notification using the link in the email?

Yes be done everything including that,, this is very aggravating, and this having to sign in all the time is really raising my blood pressure,, why oh why did someone change me? Tc
