That and how much more battery usage I use, in comparison to Tapatalk.

I was a Tapatalk user but it wasn't really my primary method of accessing the site. The benefit for me was simply the ease of using Tapatalk when out and about, on my Android phone. Losing the app isn't going to diminish my presence here much but it does, rather annoyingly, cut into my enjoyment of certain threads. The SotD thread was my favorite way to pass a few spare minutes in my day and Tapatalk was the easiest way for me to accomplish this.

All of that said, I can relate to the mods' reasons for no longer allowing/complying with Tapatalk and I don't have any hard feelings on the matter but would welcome and actively support a resolution that would allow the community to return to using the app.

I dont know much about the workings of things like this. Now if it was mechanical, this pushes that and that turns this, I could deal with it, but these computer things are beyond me. That being said, Is there another app that does the same type of thing? Or was Tapatalk the only one that worked like it did? Will the Millions of apps I see listed that you can download theres got to be something else out there that would work and be safer, Right? Or maybe I'm blowing smoke.

Im getting used to using my android, its no different than a laptop, but Im able to send pics directly from my phone, or thru downloads files. Pretty simple to figure out....an I'm a moron when it comes to computers.
