Google Hijack
Been getting hijacked to a google or supposedly google free gift card site, tonight. Only happens on this forum. Locks up my iPad and can not exit out without hitting the okay button on their scam and then quickly exiting.

I've had the same thing with Wal-Mart gift card offers in the past. I think haven't happened in a while now, thankfully.

I had the same thing happen a few months ago, annoying as all all get out. I logged out and logged back in, that helped a bit.
Why doesn't the taco truck drive around the neighborhood selling tacos & margaritas???

Last one like that cost me a service call , $120 + another$80 to get a new antivirus program.
It came in from utube. It also loaded a bunch of nastiness to mine the computer for passwords and financial info.

Thanked: 4206With iPads, dbl tap the home button to be able to close apps individually, like safari.
Never had that happen since switching to Apple products. They are pretty bullet proof to hacks. That and a quality VPN service keeps me pretty secure.
Good luck.

Correct. It wasn’t just here. This also happened to me on other sites today so it is not an SRP issue but rather a personal issue.
