I dunno. I feel I may know what you said. If someone is contributing to the forum in a positive way, It's a blogspot, man.
A hobby and obsession. Could be a positive for the forum?
Not just a fly-by or anything. I never heard anything negative.

We do, but the only ones seeing those posts are the members of this site. And that's if they bother to look.
So not a real audience.

Well, regardless, it is a no harm/no foul because both parties gain from it. The blogger's spot gets a boost when mentioned elsewhere and the site gets more content. My mention was not a judgement, just an observation.

Really, the nitty gritty is that unless it is unrelated material or an enormous amount it has no adverse effects from my rudimentary understanding.

I dont even know what a blog is so I wouldnt know it if I stubbled apon it.
