Default Help - attaching a pic to PM

Hi, I'm trying to attach a pic to a PM. I'm not seeing the "manage attachments" option there. I thought that's what I used in the past. How do I do this? I apologize in advance if I'm missing somthing obvious. Thanks

If you have the picture on photobucket or some other picture server just use insert image. I don't know if vBulletin can support the ability to attach pictures to a PM, but it doesn't in the other forums I belong to.

    Default testing

You can use in private messages but the attachment image will be displayed as a text link rather than as a graphic

However the attachment will have to be uploaded outside of the private messages input editor

Mind the coloured areas in these screenshots. The PM editor has no attachment function (turned on?).

I've also never seen any way to send attachments in PMs. I usually either email pictures or use photobucket links/thumbnails/images in PMs.

Another option is to upload the image to your personal gallery here on SRP, right click on the image, copy its url, create your PM and use the "insert image" button. Not pretty, but it works.
