    Default Managing Attachments

    I seem to remember being able to add or delete attachments in the control panel, but maybe I was wrong. Anyway, is there any way to remove, add, or replace one's attachment files? Someone knows and they will reply I'm sure, so ahead of time,

    I have that, but I don't see any options for removing or replacing, adding, etc - am I blind?
