    Default Trouble accessing SRP from home

    Something very odd is happening. I can't access SRP from my network at home. I've tried using both of our computers, an apple and pc as well as from my phone with wi-fi. Hop on AT&T 3g using my phone and no problem. I'm really confused. Everywhere else I go from my network at home works fine.

    Anyone have any ideas about what the problem may be. I don't think it's my browser because I use firefox at work and didn't have any problems. Also, safari has the same problem on my network but not on 3g. I have no idea what to do.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    It sounds like it might be a DNS issue.

    From a Windows machine, you can do:
    Start -> Run -> CMD
    at the DOS prompt type
    ping
    It will show you the IP address your DNS servers are returning for the site. My PC shows it to be 67.225.129.200.

    Ever since the crash I have been having trouble with Firefox. Try Internet Explorer. If it works try this. In Foxfire go to TOOLS==>OPTIONS===>NETWORK TAB====>SETTINGS====>CHECK AUTO DETECT PROXY

    Were you on the night of the crash? Just try it and see. You can change it back if it doesn't work. Worked for me.

    Later,
    Richard
