Thread: PM stars like gmail has?

I would LOVE for there to be a system having to do with PMs in my inbox where I could select an icon to be seen next to the PM title. This works for 'reminding' myself of what messages I still need to respond more to or which contain info I will need to access. If you have a Gmail email account you know what I mean. Something to highlight certain messages to make them stick out from the others in a nutshell. Is this possible? Thanks!

No one has anything to say on this? No thoughts or comments??

I like the idea...in theory. But I'm still reeling and trying to adjust to the raft of all the other new "improvements" to the site - I guess I don't like change much, and while it may be useful to help sort PMs, I think it's just another layer than can be done without.

Of course, I don't use PM nearly as much as other (probably like yourself, Alex) so my sense of what's needed is probably a little off base.

Just my $0.02...

I run Linux so it wouldn't do me any good. Looks cool though.

And Mark is generally right- my incoming PM's can get very busy and confusing if I have a ton to reply to- so some sort of icon or organizational system would do wonders for guys like me.

Do you already use different folders? They aren't a highlight or a star but they help for organization.

Yes, the point is- I want a highlighting (thanks for the label) system to differentiate between urgency of messages. If no one else is into it, forget it.

Yeah I'd like that too. Just pointing out workarounds
