Why can't I insert images like I used to?

I can't for the life of me insert images like I used to do.

What's the deal? I can add attachments, etc. But I cannot insert a linked image by using the insert image button.

And also I used to be able to highlight text, then insert a link. Now I highlight the text, hit the insert link button, and the link gets inserted at the top of the message, not in the highlighted text.

Lemme guess: You are using windows XP and IE6?

If not, I will notify Dave because then there is a problem he doesn't know of.

Well, after I posted the question, I actually found that I can simply cut and image and then paste it, without having to use the insert image button.

That seemed to work fine.
