Soooo....Bigotry is a pretty general word. Is rampant misogyny not included in that?

That thread is mostly free of racial bigotry (mostly, I say), but women seem to be fair game...or is that OK around here?

I'm just curious about limits...and I'm wondering how long it'll take before someone tells me I'm just a humorless PC bleeding heart liberal, because I love and respect my (and your) mother, wife, sister, grandmother, and the rest of the women who make the world go around.

What, Mark, you think I'm being unreasonable? Or perhaps I'm misreading the prevailing attitude on SRP?

I'd considered contacting a mod privately, but it's not a private problem. The thread is public, and it's not just one person taking part.

I'm glad you took your complaint to the mods, it's good to know you also don't approve of disrespecting women.

...I'm sure women don't need to be defended by you over some jokes posted on an online board. That's a real insult..jokes are what they are, jokes.

You're the one generalizing the joke to make it applicable to every female you know, not anyone else.
