Honing forum rearrangement
Hey guys and girsl, we rearranged the honing forum a bit.
Basic discussions now go directly under the honing forum.
There is a new 'hones' forum where people can discuss the hones themselves, discuss comparisons between hones, discuss hone specific properties, etc.
The 'advanced' honing forum will stay for now, we'll see how it goes. It may be merged into honing again in the future. It'll depend on how it holds up against the new hones forum, and the amount of traffic.Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.

Thanked: 402Wonderful, Bruno!
Can just imagine how much work it was to sort all those posts
but one more thing:
Can we have the honing questions from the Newbie Corner over there, too?
There are so many great answers in them, it would be a pity to not find them anymore.

Sure thing, if you can make a list of threads, I'll move them (or ask my trusted sidekick to do so )

Thanked: 326Thank you it's setup nicely! It's geared for n00bs like myself while still maintaining integrity of the Advanced honing section

Excellent idea to separate discussions about honing from those about hones! Will older threads stay were they are, or are all or a few reference-type ones (like eg. the Escher colour comparison one) going to be moved? Let me know if help selecting them is needed!

Is that possible to make
honing
hones
advanced
in separate sub folders.
at the moment you cannot access directly to the honing .
you have to go to hones then come back to honing and this confuses people.
thank you
