If I ever get around to it, I'll adjust the first person writing style and look for minor typographical errors. I think it's ready to have a category link added though

Since the troubleshooting section is still vacant, this strikes me as more of an additional resources article than a honing article. Maybe someone with a better sense of categorization can chime in with their thoughts
