Duplicate (?) Sections
I'm not sure if it's just me, but the sections Strops and Stropping seem to be the same, though they appear in two different places...
Or does one just redirect to the other? I'm confused...

One is for discussing the act of stropping, the other for discussnig strops themselves. We are still moving threads around because both used to be discussed in the single 'strops' forum.

Thanked: 1903We will also be adding amended and enhanced forum descriptions. The general idea, however, is to separate tools from techniques.

Thanked: 335However, the tool is essential for employing the technique, thus interwoven perhaps an intimate proximity would be helpful.

It wasn't so much the similarities as that the other night, I posted a in one area, and, on the main page, that thread appeared as the last posted thread in both sections. Clicking on it in either place took me to the thread, but clicking on the section name "strops" or "stropping" did not take me to the same place. Maybe it was my eyes playing tricks on me or maybe it was something going on with the forum. Either way, it seems resolved now.
