Thread: two scroll bars

not sure if it slows anyone else down but when im on my laptop (no mouse) the closer "forum" scroll bar slows my browsing up a lot as i typically navigate pages using the arrows and page up/page down buttons, to do this i have to click on the far sides of the page to "activate" the far right "page" scroll bar. im not really sure of the function of the forum scroll bar as it doesnt seem to let you scroll through the whole thread. that said when im on a desk top and with a mouse with one of those scroll wheels it's not an issue.

just thought i'd toss the comment out there in case it was something slowing other people up
