No "Buy Button"...
I'm trying to buy something in classifieds but there's no "Buy" button... Can a Developer or Mod PM me so I can work this out?

They probably do not have it setup for instant payment. Just PM the seller.

On these ads, it's up to the seller to pick who gets it? Or are they obliged to go by chronological order of PMs?

It is up to the seller, but people usually just sell to whomever PM'd them first. Unless they just dont like you for some reason, I would not worry.
