Right. And before anyone else gets any funny ideas, here's the answer to the next question:
Tapatalk is a great concept, but encouraging your members to purchase an app when you have no control over development is a recipe for long-term disaster. If I got a 1000 members using the service and it went under, there would be widespread annoyance and nothing I could do. This definitely needs vB's full support.

iphone OS is fully capable of browsing the forums in a browser. OP is requesting an app that would simplified / categorized new or current posts directly to his phone... something that IMO would be more trouble than its worth.. And as mentioned, would be much better if vbulletin wrote it for their forum, as opposed to a SRP developer writing it specifically for this forum.

Not only that but developing IPhone apps is a pain.. mainly because you must have a MAC for the SDK. If you have a MAC and time there is actually a nice Itunes University video on how to program for Iphones from Stanford U.

Okay, let me see... Mac OS, Mac hardware, Objective C, and a programming video. That sounds like a fantastic offer. I will give it some serious thought.
