Default Placing an ad in the classifieds

I want to place an ad in the classifieds but every time I try, I cannot get past step 2. It asks what category I want to post in, but the drop down is empty and it won't allow me to select anything.

I tried two different browsers thinking that maybe my firefox was the issue, but IE had the same result. I've tried on different days thinking the site was just screwy one day, but I see other people are able to post.

Is it locked out to more junior members or what is the deal.

    Default Thx

Thanks. I was getting really frustrated with it. That is definitely the problem, I've only posted a couple times over the last 5 months. I bought a D E set that is pretty fancy for three hundred from best grooming tools. Used it 4 times and found I hate it and prefer my straights. I wanted to list it here at a reduced price and recoup some of my investment.

Maybe you would like to place a WTT ad in the classifieds and trade for a straight you can use. That feature is available to you. Just a thought.

This actually answers my question also, I've been a member since 03-21-2010 And had the same thing happen when I tried to post an ad, Altho my restriction must be the short time here because I have a bit over 100 posts. How would one go about finding out if they could get a vote of ok by the senior mod team.
