Thread: my ads in the classifieds

i had 5 ads in the classifieds which have disappeared. i sent pm's to two mioderators which did not appear in my sent messages file. i spoke to a moderator who said that he looked in the parking lot and my ads weren't there. he also looked in the moderator's forums and there was no mention of any problem. please help...

5 ads might be a bit too much all at once.

You're allowed up to 5 ads at one time, any more and a mod will pull one/some to get you back down to five and they'll send you a PM to let you know you were over.

If you've reached out to a Mod and been told there were no problems with any of them then it sounds like a technical glitch so go ahead and re-post your ads.

I had an ad the other day that went AWOL, it can happen sometimes! Computers aint perfect and all that jazz..!

In terms of your PM outbox, you need to go to your PM settings on your User CP and enable sent messages. That'll then keep a record of any PM's you send in your outbox.

The mods are usually pretty good at letting someone know if they have locked or removed something & give you an opportunity to correct the issue to get everything back in line with the rules. Sounds like a computer hiccup...

I had an ad a couple of weeks ago that went "sold" when it was not. I just reposted it. Have no idea where the glitch came from.

I have also had problems in posting as well. Three ads just disappeared and another decided it had waitied long enough and sold itself to no one. Sounds like the same glitch as what I experienced.
