Use 24H time dispay instead of AM/PM
I'm probably a blind idiot but I can't find the settings for changing the display of timestamps in my UCP. I can change start of the week and my time zone. But not the display of 24H of AM/PM.
Am I looking on the wrong page or isn't the setting available?

Afaik there is no user setting, but I'll have a look in the settings to see if it is possible to allow that.

I only have a User Control Panel without the "Regional and Language options". I expected it to be in the UCP menu-item "Edit Options", but I can't find it :P.
