I don't think it is. When you log out, you are basically requesting not to be remembered. Or else you'd be complaining about how you're remembered even after logging out

I believe that is correct. Logging out deletes the cookie. If you "X" out , without logging out, you won't have to log in again. At least IME. Originally Posted by hoglahoo
