    Default RSS Feeds

Would you guys be willing to enable the vBulletin RSS feeds? I'd like to be able to point my RSS aggregator at the site and have it work.

This shouldn't involve any change other than selecting a checkbox, I believe.

    Thanks!
    Hollis

Default RSS Feeds are now ON

    Hollis,
I turned it on this morning....

FYI... I currently don't have RSS feeds setup on my PC, so I can't verify that they're functioning correctly and whether the timeframe needs adjustment.... I set it for 2-days worth of posts (the minimum is 1-day, the default was 30-days). So let me know if it's working the way you want it.

edit: never mind letting me know if they're functional... I loaded a client and checked... they seem to be working. FYI - for those looking to add RSS to your PC, you might find this article of help in choosing the s/w at [this link].

No, other than the SRP forum url which you configure in your RSS client that you run on your PC. I installed Sage in Firefox, so if you need help w/that let me know and I'll provide details.

IMHO, unless you monitor a great number of forums on a regular basis, there's little advantage to using RSS over visiting the forum directly and clicking "New Posts" (or bookmarking new posts and going directly there).
