Thread: Contributions?

Never a problem. I like to see people willing to give back. I only wish that I had more to give as well.

I vote for a spot for people to sign up to donate items or money to keep the site up and running. If enough people donated . the givaways could maby include a SRD gift card somtimes. Just a sugestion

Does the site need money? I only ask because if it doesn't I think the community should do it's best to support each other. Buy something from the classifieds, Send a newbie a needed item, etc.

If the site does need money I like the idea of a monthly PayPal subscription.

No the site does not need money.I was just trying to give back for allowing me to be a member and for all the things I have learned from it.. As soon as I get a chance Im putting together a few things for one of the giveaways.

As noted, str8razor runs the giveaways. You don't need to sign up, just send him a pm. One could donate a gift card, but I do not think money is accepted. They are totally separate from any needs of the website.

I can only remember one time that SRP asked for donations to the site; the fundraiser was a great success and has since ended.
