I wonder if it might be helpful to first highlight the area about Lynn and the staring of SRP in bold red lettering and to maybe have a sort of intro such as ,and this is just for example Rule 1.)Never assume a blade is shave ready unless you know the vendor well. Rule 2.)Read the Wiki before leaping into advice from all the well meaning members to avoid confusion. and also maybe have a quick list of honemasters right up front. These are just suggestions,but it seems all too often we could avoid all the threads from newbies about how they just purchased a blade from so and so E-store and got ripped off or where can I find this info or that or why is my blade dull after honing even though I've only been honing for two days etc. I will be honest ,I can't even remember now how I started(mind like a well rusted trap heh) But it would seem there might be a way to cut down on the frustration of the new folk when they are starting out,and get them on the right track.I dunno,maybe I'm just far enough along that I've forgotten.Just trying to help I'm sure someone has already beaten me to this question so sorry if I'm
