    That footer on the bottom of every page does tell you the current time zone and the time in it, so if you've set your time zone to something else it will say that (e.g. for me right now the footer is "All times are GMT -4. The time now is 11:36 PM."), and if you haven't signed in the forum default you'll see is GMT.
