This is an important factor in the moderators work.
I wouldn't even consider being part of the mod team if this wasn't true.
So, while things may seem a bit strange at times, from the outside, no bans are implemented without prior discussions between available team members.
This ensures, to me at least, a certain level of objectivity in the decision and avoids personal issues that may occur between staff and members.Bjoernar

Thanked: 1587Since this seems to be causing confusion, here's a simple rule to live by on any forum, this one or others. Read the forum rules and don't break them!
Seriously, it is not hard: you break the rules regularly enough or badly enough you get banned. You agreed to this when you signed up to the forum. Snivelling about it doesn't make it less true. Man up and move on.
